Starting Tuesday September 8th, 2026.

• If you think that you may need to use Before School Club or Homework Club, YOU MUST REGISTER so that we have your emergency contact information on hand. We understand that many of you feel that it’s not important since the school has your contact information but in the event of an emergency, every minute counts to access your child’s information.

• This year we have streamlined the Registration so that you can register for BOTH Before School & Homework Club on one form but again, REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY Click here to register now

• Drop off for Before School Club (BC) will be at Door 4 starting at 7am

• Pick up for all Homework Club (HC) children will be at Door 1, where parents will show their prepared pick-up tags (once you have registered) with the child(ren)’s name(s) at the door and the student(s) will be brought to Door 1 to meet you.

• Payment options are as follows: Monthly PAP, debit card or cash ONLY.

• Please note if you have one child in a morning/afternoon activity, club or practice and their sibling is also being dropped off, the sibling will need to be registered and attend Before School or Homework Club. There will be NO exceptions. Teachers, coaches and other staff running these events are not there to care for the siblings.

• Parents are reminded to pick up your children on time. Late fees apply when your child(ren) remains at HC after closing time (6:00 p.m.). Late fees are: $15.00 for the first 15 minutes and $15.00 for each 15 minutes increment after. For example, if you arrive at 6:20 p.m., your late fees will be $30.00. The late fee will be paid at the time of pick up and charged per family.

• If you are NOT planning to use Homework Club, please pick up your child as per usual within the regular pick-up times. If your child is not picked up by 4:00 p.m., they will automatically be brought to Homework Club where you will be charged the daily rate of $26.00, beginning at 4:00 p.m.
