FEES FOR AREA & EQUIPMENT RENTAL
RENTAL CYCLE
PCA Rentals operate on a school year calendar, commencing on September 1 each year.
The standard rental period covers the months from September to June, and both new and current renters can request rentals for July and August, if desired.
Rental fees are subject to an annual review, with updated rates for the upcoming school year.
New rental fees will be available on September 1st of each year.
Prospective renters are encouraged to inquire about availability at any time for the current school year.
Existing renters have priority access for rental renewal for the following school year, available from June 1 to July 15.
Any remaining availability for the new school year becomes open to the public for booking on July 16, on a first-come, first-served basis.

1. How do I check availability of the classrooms, gym or cafeteria for rental?
Please complete the online booking form provided on this website and our facilities administrator will contact you within five (5) business days to discuss your request.
2. What are the rental rates?

3. Are there any restrictions on the types of events or activities allowed in these spaces?
Certain restrictions may apply, and the use of our spaces align with school policies and procedures. Please inquire about specific restrictions for your event.Terms and Conditions (View)
4. What amenities and equipment are included with the rental?
Depending on the space, we provide various amenities and equipment. These may include chairs, tables, AV equipment, and more. Please ask for details when filling in the online booking form.
5. Is catering allowed, and are there restrictions on food and beverages?
Catering is allowed, but there may be some restrictions. Please discuss your catering needs with our facilities administrator.
6. Is parking available for guests, and is it included in the rental fee?
We offer on-site parking for guests at no charge. Spaces are limited at a first-come-first-served basis.
7. What is the cancellation policy for rentals?
If the Permit Holder provides less than two (2) weeks’ notice of cancellation, but more than 48 hours before the scheduled event, a fee of 50% of the booking fee will be charged. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the full booking fee will be charged.Terms and Conditions (View)
8. Do I need insurance for my event, and if so, what are the requirements?
Depending on the nature of your event, you may need to provide insurance coverage. Our facilities administrator can provide details about insurance requirements.Terms and Conditions (View)
9. Are there any additional fees or charges I should be aware of when renting those spaces?
There may be additional fees for services like on-site custodial, cleanup or equipment rental. Please refer to the Rental Fees and the Terms and Conditions (View), or request for more details when completing the online form.
10. How far in advance should I book a classroom, gym or cafeteria for my event?
It is recommended to book your desired space well in advance to secure the date and time you want. Please contact our facilities administrator via rentals@pca.ca to discuss the ideal booking timeframe for your event.
