Absence Reporting

If your child will be absent for :

  • one or numerous days

  • arriving late on a specific day

  • dismissed early on a specific day

Notify PCA

  • If your child has any pre-existing medical conditions please fill in the Pre-Existing Medical Condition Form and email it to office@pca.ca.

    A pre-existing medical condition is considered a medical condition your doctor has diagnosed your child with that would cause your child to exhibit symptoms found on the daily screening. For example, seasonal allergies may cause your child to have a runny nose or asthma may cause your child to have shortness of breath. When your child exhibits symptoms that are found on the daily screening and PCA has your Pre-Existing Medical Condition Form on record, your child may follow the Pre-Existing Medical Condition section found on the PCA COVID-19 Protocol.
