The Mandarin program is designed to build language exposure, expand vocabulary, develop sentence structures, and strengthen social communication skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Students are immersed in the language through tone recognition, simple conversations, and interactive learning experiences. Through songs, stories, games, art, and hands-on activities, students explore Mandarin in a fun and meaningful way while building confidence in listening and speaking. Along the way, they also discover Chinese culture, traditions, and celebrations.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Ms. Song has over 20 years of experience teaching Mandarin in Toronto. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Language with a specialization in Teaching Mandarin as a Second Language and is also a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE). Ms. Song is passionate about teaching students and is dedicated to helping them develop their language skills through providing a well-balanced, engaging course.
