Underneath the Streams

$0.00

By Tiffany Wang, Grade 9

About This Art Piece: The Artist’s Statement

People fail to respect what is underneath the waters. Underneath this stream lies a whole ecosystem. By destroying the ecosystem, the entire outlook of the streams will look sad. Instead of hunting down for all the fish, we should appreciate and admire the beautiful fishes that builds up the natural beauty of the streams.

loved painting the brook trout with watercolour. The unique vibrant colours of the fish made it very fun and satisfying for me to paint. There are so much different colours in this art piece, and I was very excited to start painting because of this.

Previous fish arts caught my eye. I enjoyed how well put together everything was, including the streams and the flows of the waters. I was inspired to do the same as them. When there were the 2 choices of fish, the brook trout immediately caught my eye. The pattern on the fish was very pretty and colourful.
