Five Thousand Ten Billion

About This Art Piece: The Artist’s Statement

This is the title because I did not know what to title it, but Lawren Harris would title some of his works stuff like "Untitled Artwork [and then a number]" and so I was like, "that sounds perfect" and did it.

The inspiration behind this piece was the artwork of Lawren Harris. I just thought his stuff was cool and so I thought, "hey! let's do that." and so then I did that. Lawren Harris had a bunch of artworks with snow and stuff, and I really like snow so it seemed to be a good fit.

The process: I really liked seeing how the piece ended up turning out. I was trusting the process on the outside but not on the inside, but then when it was finished and fully printed out, I legitimately trusted and was like, "wow that's so cool like woah". The process was fun I guess, but I am not a very careful person so it was a little bit stressful.
