The Force is Strong

An evening of delights as we were Graced by the collection of modern and classical numbers put together by our beloved Mr. Craig and Mrs. Ha! Families were entertained by the antics and extra show pieces including a light-saber conducting wand masterfully wielded to a well-timed Imperial March by the grade 8 band. Families were amazed by the grade 9 Pentatonic Improvisation, a first-time student-led composition, demonstrating the creativity of our budding musicians. Grade 7 vocalists raised their voices to the heavens with Siyahamba (“Marching in the Light of God”) while Fideles gave us A Million Dreams.

Mr. Craig’s symphony beautifully serenaded the audience with classical pieces such as Barley FIelds and Dance of the Blessed Spirits (a Korean Traditional Minuette), as well as Coldplay’s pop hit Viva La Vida. We also had the honour of hearing a number of PCA students perform solo pieces that erupted in applause. All in all, it was an evening of fantastic sounds and sights that drew smiles and warmed the heart, and above all, gave glory to God!
